Lebron’s 65 Foot Bounce Pass to Durant

Literally jumped up off the couch when I was watching this yesterday.

Where You At Wednesday: NEW ACC Basketball Coaches

Jim Larranaga

Old Stomping Ground: George Mason

New Stomping Ground: Miami

Prognosis: Great hire, given circumstances of Frank Haith leaving. Older coach, but good hire.

Mark Turgeon

Old Stomping Ground: Texas A+M

New Stomping Ground: Maryland

Prognosis: Good coach whose job just got a lot more pressure. If I was a Maryland fan, I would have liked to have seen them try for Jay Wright though.

Mark Gottfried

Old Stomping Ground: Color commentary, by way of Alabama

New Stomping Ground: NC State

Prognosis: On the plus side, the team seems to be playing harder and buying in. Plus, Gottfried is a good coach. On the negative side, State fans will probably have him run out of town if he doesn’t go Sweet 16 in the next 3 years.

Joshua Gunn – Carolina Blue

Now this is the type of jam I can get down on! “Carolina Blue” is the second leak from from the North Carolina representative Joshua Gunn’s upcoming debut mix-tape, “Faithful Struggle,” which will be dropping in early 2012 and with his beloved Tar Heels poised to make yet another NCAA title run, what better way to show his Carolina Pride then this ode to Tobacco Road.

and….GO HEELS.

So Proud to be a UNC Alum

When you have players like this, how can you not be? Interacting with the student body, having fun together, and recognizing what it means to be a part of the Carolina Family, regardless if you are a player, student, or fan. This is why our players consider coming back, and players 8 miles down the road have to deal with stuff like this.

I heard Roy is meeting with the 3 NBA Prospects (Barnes, Zeller, Henson) today to discuss future. Of course, I hope they all come back so we can have a great chance of winning it next year. However, if any of them decide that leaving is best for them and their family, I will respect them for that decision and always support my fellow HEELS!!!

Where You At Wednesday: Last NCAA Tourney Wins For All ACC Schools

The past few years have been down years for ACC basketball overall. Got me to thinking, I wonder what year each team in the conference last won a game in the NCAA Tournament. The answers may surprise you. Jump on to peep.

Dunk of the Year So Far

Okay, so I know I’m late on posting this, but I kept forgetting. This is the dunk of the year so far I think. Cousins got straight ABUSED on this. I will admit that he probably was super close to having position and being set. Being that he was at home, I bet the ref was thinking “That was a charge, but that dunk was too nasty for me to call it a charge.” Either way. WOW.

Clown Or Regular Dude – Mark Titus – Mr. Rainmaker

Mark Titus is a walk-on at Ohio State, and writes a blog called Club Trillion (look it up) about his experiences. He’s got some haters out there on his game, so he decided to show them what’s up. Clown or Regular Dude?

The Monster’s Vote: Not a clown, not a regular dude, but a BALLER. Dude certainly has game, and a sense of humor. Love this clip. Thanks to Bibbles on the submit. I could watch this thing 100 times. I’m bout to pick this dude up in my fantasy college basketball league the last week of the season just to stunt on cats.

God Shammgod Teaches You Some Dribbling Drills

If you don’t know, God Shammgod was nasty back in the day. He might have left Providence a little early, as the NBA didn’t really pan out and he played overseas for years and in the IBL. Check out some drills that you can improve your handles with.
