One of, if not my favorite Christmas movie. Props to Killa K on the idea submit here. I didn’t get a chance to peep this one this year, but I did get to see “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York,” which I think we can all agree is also pretty quality. But what are the stars of this flick doing now?
Macaulay Culkin (Kevin)
One of, if not the most successful child actor of all time (only other possibility would be Shirley Temple). Recent work includes “Saved!,” “Robot Chicken,” “Sex and Breakfast,” “Kings.” Also recently broken up with longtime girlfriend, actress Mila Kunis.
Joe Pesci (Harry)
Legendary actor, but most recent works include “The Good Shepherd” and “Love Ranch”
Daniel Stern (Marv)
Little known fact: Stern was the narrator for “The Wonder Years”…I digress. Anyhow, he’s been in tons of movies (I enjoyed “Celtic Pride” immensely), but most recently “The Next Three Days,” “Whip It!,” and an appearance on TV Show “Monk.”
Catherine O’Hara (Kevin’s Mom)
Another long, long resume. Recently did a lot of voice over work “Over the Hedge,” “Monster House,” “Brother Bear 2,” and an appearance in 2009 on “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
John Heard (Kevin’s Dad)
Most recently appeared in an episode of “Southland,” but can also be seen as a recurring character on “CSI: Miami” as the father of Calleigh Duquesne.
Devin Ratray (Buzz)
Mainly known for his “Home Alone” career, Ratray also formed a band that performed in NY called “Little Bill and the Beckleys” where he is lyricist, vocalist, and guitarist. He has also appeared on “Cash Cab,” even though he lost. Most interestingly enough, in 2007, he had a film crew follow him around and film a documentary called “Courting Condi,” which chronicled his attempts to win the heart of former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, using love letters set to music and images to woo her. Also neat fact: Kevin’s brother Jeff is played by Michael C Maronna, or Big Pete from “Pete & Pete”
I have to say that Buzz does not look anything like his character in the movie….my how times have changed for him. Great WYAW!

also intrigued that Kevin’s mom is an O’Hara …. now i need to find out how she’s related to Scarlett. Scarlett is hottttttt!
cous-de-gras (sp?) is most def the buzz retray blurb. not only did he become a balloon, which is kind of surprising, but really dude … CONDOLEEZA RICE?!?!? my mind is just blown right now. no words can come out of my mouth, cuz too many are in my head.
