bocce ball most definitely does NOT have more action than croquet.
its actually quite fun. we have a set back home, and as a kid, we played with it a ton – me and all my neighborhood friends. ESPECIALLY when you get some good slopes/obstacles in your course – shit is fun!!
i really wanna play again soon – with a cooler full of beer and a pocket full of green.

those instructions are wack too.
the game is super easy. you start with your ball TOUCHING the start stake, and you aren’t done till you make it all the way back there and TOUCH the stake again; at the mid point your ball has to touch the end stake.
you get a bonus swing if your ball goes through a wicket – not for hitting another ball. thats called defense.
you can only advance to the next wicket by completing the one you are at; no skipping and going backwards.
