Shouts to Big Soda on the idea submission.
Now, what I’m about to say may surprise you…I’ve never seen a full episode of this show. Actually, I’ve never seen more than 4 minutes of this show in my life. The only time I ever peeped this show was during channel surfing and I caught a glimpse of Pam Anderson or Yasmine Bleeth for a brief minute or two. That being said, I think it was a pretty popular show. Let’s see what these cats are up to now. We’ll get the easy ones out of the way first. I’m also only going to do original cast members, so you won’t find Gina Lee Nolin nor Carmen Electra, nor Traci Bingham’s used-to-be-fine ass in here.
David Hasselhoff

When he isn’t getting drunk and scarfing cheeseburgers, the Hoff can now be found as a host/judge on “America’s Got Talent”. Not really sure how that show is successful, but to each his own. He is also apparently working on some film called “The Hoff : When Scott Came to Stay”. No idea what it’s about though.
Pam Anderson

Pam Anderson is the type of woman you hope stays like 28 for her whole life. Unfortuantely she’s 42 now. Either way, she’s still looking pretty damn good. Lately she’s been making appearances, speaking out for PETA, and even writing Barack Obama a letter urging the legalization of marijuana. She also stars in the upcoming comedy “Hollywood & Wine”. She’ll be a pin-up icon for all history.
Yasmine Bleeth

Yasmine Bleeth was the shiznit for a while. You couldn’t go anywhere without hearing about how hot she was. Then shit kinda hit the fan (we’ve all seen the 2001 mugshot arrest for cocaine, and it isn’t pretty). She’s only had 2 notable works since 2000, one was a straight to dvd movie in 2003 and one was as a character in a video game that got cancelled, also in 2003. As of 2003, she was back sober.
Alexandra Paul

Alexandra has made over 60 movie and TV appearances and has stayed relatively busy since the Baywatch days. She was in the independent feature film “Tru Loved” last year and currently filming a feature movie called “Family of Four”. She also made a cameo in the movie “Borat” for a spoof of her Baywatch days, but the scene was cut from the final edit. She was arrested in 2005 for protesting California’s crushing of the EV1 electric vehicle program.
Parker Stevenson

Gotta be honest. Never heard of this dude. If you are reading this Mr. Stevenson, then my bad. He was probably known as “that other dude” on Baywatch, but still a lucky bastard nonetheless. He was married to Kristie Allie from 1983-1997, and walked away with $6 million and joint custody of the kids after the divorce. He was in the movie “Loaded” last year, which co-starred Jesse Metcalf and Chace Crawford…but I haven’t heard of that either.
Michael Newman

Seriously? There were a lot more dudes on this show then I apparently thought. Michael was a legit athlete, the only real lifeguard on the show and also passed the firefighter’s exam. He won the National Ironman Championship in 1996 even. He currently lives in California selling real estate and living with his wife and two sons.
Erika Eleniak

Playboy Playmate and Baywatch cast member seem to go hand-in-hand in a lot of cases. This was no exception. Erika stayed busy post-Baywatch, but since 2000 has been in a bunch of TV movies and straight to DVD films. She stars in the newly released comedy “Imps*,” but this movie was actually filmed in the 80′s. She also stars in the upcoming “Just A Story” though I couldn’t really find much info on that. She currently lives with her daughter in Los Angeles.

haha, this post is off the hook. On the reals, Alexandra Paul was the shite! She kinda reminded me of Joyce DeWitt (Janice; Three’s Company)…if Joyce was a school teacher, that boxed on the weekends. Thats pretty damn fly to me.
by the way, that shot of Erika E. Pretty damned clutch.
-p!
Oh yeah, the Erika E pic was def clutch, haha
nice post.
i have another bit to add under the Hoff:
when taking breaks from filming ‘America’s got Talent’; the Hoff can, on occasion, be seen wandering Reseda blvd in the Valley while sporadically doing karate hi-kicks to impress passers/drivers-by.
seriously. witnessed with my own two eyes.
and why didn’t you research the young’n?! was his name cody on the show?
i remember watching the show a couple times and being SO JEALOUS of that kid, cuz i imagined how cool it would be to live in CA and work as a lifeguard-helper with all those babes running around all the time.
Sliz,
Jeremy Jackson played Hobie Buchannon.
He was arrested for Meth and went through rehab back around 2000. He’s referred to as Mr. MySpace and represents Ed Hardy clothing company. He’s made various appearances on B, C, and D list shows and series. His most recent on a VH1 show called Confessions of a Teen Idol. In 2008 he tried to sell a sex tape of he and a porn star, Sky Lopez.
His current project is promoting an Australian treatment for premature ejaculation. I’m not sure if that’s 100% legit, but it would seem to match his prior episodes of douchebaggery.
There ya go man.
Great WYAW, Monster!
whoa. killa k – far above and beyond with that. thank you very much!
that’s quite a tumultuous post-baywatch life … it DEFINITELY deserved to be recapped on this WYAW post.
Great story gotta love it!

Haven’t heard of Parker Stevenson? Well, I know what era you didn’t grow up in. He and Shaun Cassidy were THE hearthrobs of 70′s teen TV.
